Couldn’t recommend Kieran enough! He was so lovely and helpful - he visited our house the day after enquiring so that he could see exactly what needed to be done, explaining in detail the different options we had for our asbestos ceilings, and it was so refreshing to speak to someone who just genuinely cared. I had spoken to about 6 or 7 different asbestos removal companies that same day I enquired with him, and he was the only one who offered to come over to the house to take a look - not to mention the quote he provided was the most reasonable out of them all.

Him and his guys were so quick and removed almost all of the ceilings in our house within a day and a half, we got regular updates with photos, and he took the time after the job was complete to come back and show us exactly what had been done, and to make sure we were happy with everything. I would 100% recommend Kieran to sort out any asbestos problems. We had quotes from so many companies who were charging over £600 for a small patch of asbestos removal from our bedroom and Kieran came and gave us a quote that was super reasonable. The communication was excellent throughout the process and he took his time to go through the procedure. Kieran also went above and beyond to give my fiance tips of how to pull the ceiling down (which we did after the asbestos removal) and even gave him a dust suit and some strong tape to help with the process. Kieran and team were friendly and professional. After a quick call, they arranged a site visit to quote for the removal of an old concrete and asbestos garage, and dilapidated shed. The quote was very reasonable, so we arranged a date for work to begin the following week. The team worked efficiently to safely remove the garage and the site was left clean and tidy after. My house had asbestos on the ceilings across all three floors, and I’d been putting off dealing with it because I thought it would be a long, drawn-out process. I emailed six different companies for quotes, but Harts Waste & Asbestos Removal were the only ones who actually picked up the phone to talk things through, and then came out to see the house in person, which made a massive difference.

Over the phone, Kieran gave me an initial estimate, and when more asbestos was identified during his visit, he offered to include it all in the final quote and still managed to keep it within the original estimate.

He also went above and beyond during the removal; there were a few items I’d planned to sort myself (a cabinet, kitchen countertops and an oven), but Kieran offered to remove and dispose of them, which was a huge help.

Another thing I really appreciated was how quickly he managed to fit the job in. Something I’d been dreading for months was done within a week of first getting in touch, and the whole removal was completed in just two days.

Kieran was personable, explained things clearly, made a daunting job feel straightforward, and went above and beyond throughout the process. I’d recommend Harts Waste & Asbestos Removal to anyone who needs waste or asbestos removal — I’m almost sad they don’t cover other trades, as I’d use them again in a heartbeat.

I made contact with Kieran of Harts Waste & Asbestos removal for the removal of asbestos on a garage roof, he was really wonderful to deal with. Spoke to Kieran on a Sunday (yes, a Sunday!) after a family member accidentally put his foot through an asbestos roof. Kieran asked for some photos and quickly came back with a rough quote. Not only was the price very competitive compared to others I’d received, but his proposed solution was also the most sensible.

He came to measure up on Wednesday and completed the job the very next day. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth and professional, he really helped take the stress out of a tricky situation.

Very positive experience! We had concerns about artex ceilings in our 1980 loft extension and bedroom. I am very happy with the service provided by Keiran and his colleague from Harts Waste & Asbestos removal , who came to my house yesterday to take some samples to test Asbestos. I didn’t have much knowledge about it at all as this was the new house we were moving in. Keiran gave me lots of knowledge and information regarding Asbestos and if it comes positive what are the options for us.

Kieran is a Legend! We thought we had asbestos in our loft and I rang one company who gave me a price to come out and remove the asbestos. I also rang Harts Waste & Asbestos company where I was put through to Kieran. Kieran was so helpful from the very moment I spoke to him, he told me we should get it tested beforehand as it might not be asbestos. Kieran took a sample which he sent off to be tested and the following day the results came back and it turns out it wasn’t asbestos after all. Kieran saved us so much money and was really helpful and the results came back super quick! I hadn’t even thought about getting it tested and the other company I rang never mentioned this to me. We can’t recommend Harts enough. Keiran and Bill were brilliant! From initial quote through to completing the works, everything was clearly quoted, planned out, and well executed. We had a lot of clearance work. There was a large triple garage with asbestos roof (a raised pond attached), lots of hardcore, and many, many heavy boulders that needed machinery to lift. They did the whole job swiftly and exceeded our expectations. Kieran even took time to offer us some great money saving tips for the garden space we are trying to create, and put us in touch with some very excellent tree surgeons. You can tell the Harts team are passionate about the work they do!

With great professionalism, Kieran and Bill took great care of their job, taking walls down which contained chrysotile, cleaned up after themselves, and provided a detailed explanation of what they would be doing.
