"What a great service! Would highly recommend Kieran."
Asbestos Floor Tile Removal
Vinyl floor tiles installed before the late 1980s, particularly the 9" thermoplastic tiles common in 1950s-70s homes, schools and offices. Frequently contain chrysotile asbestos. The bitumen black 'bitmastic' adhesive underneath also commonly contains asbestos.
Harts Waste removes asbestos floor tiles and the underlying adhesive across Essex and London, fully compliant with the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012. We use low-disturbance lifting techniques to keep airborne fibres to a minimum.
Most floor tile removal is non-licensed work and can be done in a single visit. We sheet up the area, control dust, double-bag the waste and consign it to a licensed facility. You'll get the consignment notes for your records.
This is one of our specialist asbestos removal services. See also asbestos cement removal and Artex removal.
