These are guide prices, not binding estimates. Final pricing can vary with location, access, size, condition, scope, urgency and compliance requirements. Items marked POA (price on application) or Quote required need a survey or further review before we can price them.
Fixed amounts, guide ranges, minimums, "from" prices and per-unit prices are shown exactly as listed. Garage prices cover removal of the asbestos roof only, not the full garage.

What Changes the Price
We price every job individually. These are the things we look at.
- Location
- Travel distance and where in Essex or London the job is.
- Access
- Height, loft or roof access, parking and how easily material can be brought out.
- Size
- Area in square metres, number of sheets, rooms or items.
- Condition
- Damaged or friable material needs more controls than sound, intact material.
- Scope
- What is being removed, encapsulated, collected or surveyed, and any reinstatement.
- Urgency
- Out-of-hours and weekend work carries a 10–20% uplift.
- Compliance
- Air monitoring, analyst visits, scaffold or edge protection if the work requires them.
About POA and Quote-Required Items
Pipe lagging and insulation can involve higher-risk materials, so we price it only after a survey. Roof-sheet removal depends on size and access, so we need details or a visit first. Send photos and your postcode and we will tell you what is needed.
Included as Standard
Consignment notes and a compliance pack come with all removals and collections, so you have a record of where your waste went.
